Welcome to our lovely new three-storey house. The holiday home is situated in a quiet location between the towns of Bar and Ulcinj. Bar boasts a historic old town well worth a visit, as well as the harbour with its adjoining beach promenade. Ulcinj, with its 13-kilometre-long sandy beach, is the perfect place to spend a lovely day at the beach. The local beach at Kunje is also just a few minutes’ drive away. The very popular pebble beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

A bunk bed in the hallway between the bedrooms is suitable for children, making the property well-suited for families with young children; toddlers and children are most welcome. Outside, the pool, the outdoor lounge area surrounded by greenery and the garden invite you to relax, whilst the glass balustrade on the terrace offers views of the coast and mountains. One pet is permitted. An airport shuttle is available on request for a fee; Split Airport is around 30 to 32 kilometres away. Rogoznica is situated on the Dalmatian coast in the Šibenik-Knin County. The nearest beach, Stupin Čeline, is around 2.6 kilometres away, whilst restaurants are approximately 2.7 to 2.8 kilometres away.
