The Brasserie du Sillon stands right on the seafront promenade, ten minutes on foot from the ramparts, with the beach and the tide in front of the windows. It is a seafood house first: oysters and whelks from the bay, a Royal Sillon platter stacked with crab, langoustines and prawns, grilled fish of the day and moules-frites. The menu changes every six to eight weeks with the season, and there is meat for those who did not come for the sea.

Between lunch and dinner the room becomes a tea room, which makes it a good stop after a long walk along the Sillon. The dining room is level and accessible, and the terrace faces the water.
