It is equipped with a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, two sun loungers and seating for six. An automatic pergola with a wind sensor provides additional comfort. The jacuzzi is available exclusively on request and at an additional cost. The charge for jacuzzi preparation applies only if the guest requests the jacuzzi and it is prepared accordingly. Parking facilities Various parking options are available for guests: * Parking at Marina Nautica: €18 per day. The car park is located within the marina and is under CCTV surveillance. * Free car park: There is a free car park approximately 700 metres from Marina Nautica. You can drive into the marina first to unload your luggage and then park your vehicle in the free car park. * Public car parks: Alternatively, public car parks are available outside the marina. Charges depend on the respective parking zone. Stunning beaches and crystal-clear sea The nearest beach is just about 200 metres from the houseboat. Along the coast, you’ll find numerous beautiful, unspoilt beaches where you can enjoy peace and relaxation away from the crowds. Look forward to crystal-clear, beautifully blue sea, unspoilt nature and idyllic spots along the Istrian coast. Here you can discover the Adriatic coast at its most peaceful and natural – ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and simply enjoying yourself. Please note that swimming directly in front of the houseboat is not permitted. For swimming, please use the designated beaches and bathing areas. Excellent location in Novigrad The houseboat is moored in Marina Nautica, right by the sea and in an excellent location for exploring Novigrad and the surrounding area. The historic old town of Novigrad is about a 10–12-minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity.
