Restoran Đardin

Restoran Đardin stands on Na Mulu in Tkon, on the island of Pašman. Its sea facing terrace and indoor dining area offer two different settings for a meal, and an enclosed seating section adds another option within the restaurant. The menu moves between Adriatic ingredients, pasta and familiar international dishes. Cold starters include Dalmatian prosciutto and mixed cheeses, alongside a seafood selection with marinated anchovies, octopus, prawns, tuna tartare and fish pâté. A separate house platter combines cured ham, cheese and beef carpaccio with fig cream, olives and tomatoes. Pasta is particularly varied. Handmade paccheri pair prawns with dried tomatoes and pistachio cream, while other choices include tagliatelle with salmon and gorgonzola or pljukanci with beef. Homemade black cuttlefish gnocchi come with prawns and white wine; another gnocchi dish combines chicken and spinach and is finished in the bread oven. Risottos include black cuttlefish, vegetables, and a prawn version with citrus and herbs. The fish section offers grilled bream, tuna steak, fresh fish fillet and calamari, with Swiss chard and potatoes appearing as accompaniments. Prawns baked with polenta and mussels prepared as buzara continue the coastal theme. Guests can reserve a table directly with the restaurant. Đardin also takes delivery orders by telephone for Tkon, Ugrinić and Kraj, giving people staying in those settlements another way to enjoy its cooking. For a visit from Biograd, its island location is part of the outing rather than a mainland restaurant stop.
