This bright studio in a well-maintained complex is a peaceful retreat for two guests who prefer a simple, relaxed atmosphere. ✓ Entire studio with its own kitchen and en-suite bathroom ✓ Terrace with seating and garden views ✓ Shared outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols ✓ Barbecue area on the property ✓ Free private parking on site The studio sleeps two adults and is furnished with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself; a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine and kettle are all provided. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer, and a satellite TV provides entertainment on quiet evenings. Outside, the terrace is a lovely place to relax, and the barbecue area is ideal for shared meals al fresco. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols; guests may use it when the season permits. Please note that the outdoor pools are closed from mid-October to early May. The accommodation is situated in Slatine, a quiet coastal village. Plaža Guje beach is around 500 metres away, with a section of the beach just 200 metres away. Around 300 metres away, you’ll find a supermarket and the Plaza Restaurant on the beach. Trogir is approximately eight kilometres away, and Split Airport is around ten kilometres away. Check-in is from 14:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Pets are not permitted, nor is smoking, nor are parties or events. There is no age restriction for check-in. 👉 Ideal for couples or solo travellers who appreciate peace and quiet, self-catering facilities and a nearby swimming pool. 👉 A simple studio with a terrace – perfect for a relaxing stay for two.
