Ristorante Le Anfore

Le Anfore is the restaurant of the family-owned Hotel Le Anfore, a three-star house with 20 rooms furnished in wood, wrought iron and Sardinian fabrics, on Via Pallaresus at the edge of the town. The restaurant is open to anyone, not just hotel guests, for lunch and dinner. The kitchen works with Sardinian and Mediterranean recipes built on fresh local fish and meat and other regional produce, with antipasti, pasta and mains that change with what the market brings.
