Mathieu took over the restaurant in 2024 and gives its cooking a traditional foundation, using fresh, local and seasonal produce when supplies allow. The address combines a seated restaurant meal with tapas and occasional themed evenings. The Retour du Marché menu changes weekly and is served at weekday lunchtimes. It offers a starter, main course and dessert, while a separate blackboard selection gives further choices. The published tapas menu includes Serrano ham, duck croquettes, baked mussels, tuna tataki and baby squid with parsley and garlic. These smaller dishes make it possible to start with several flavours before choosing a main course. Examples on the restaurant's published main menu include veal with porcini cream, duck breast with thyme and honey, and cod with porcini sabayon. A vegetarian plate changes with the kitchen's current selection. Orange cheesecake, frozen nougat and strawberry pavlova appear among the desserts. The published weekly timetable runs from Tuesday to Saturday, with separate lunch and evening periods; Monday and Sunday are closed.
