We are delighted that you have chosen our guesthouse, situated in the heart of South Moravia, for your holiday. We want you to feel at home here and enjoy the peace and quiet, the excellent wine and the hospitality of our region. To ensure your stay is pleasant and carefree for you, our other guests and ourselves, we have drawn up a few brief recommendations and rules. Thank you for observing them! 🔑 1. Arrival, departure and welcome (Check-in & Check-out) Check-in: Your room or flat will be ready for you between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm (please let us know in advance if you’ll be arriving later; we’ll be happy to make arrangements). Departure (Check-out): Please vacate your room by 10.00 on the day of departure so that we can clean it thoroughly for the next guests. When you leave, please remember to return the keys to the designated place or hand them over to the on-site manager. 🌙 2. Comfort and quiet hours Quiet hours are from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am. We know that good wine and an evening get-together are part and parcel of the wine cellar and Moravia! However, we ask that after 10.00 pm you move your evening entertainment indoors (e.g. to the rotunda or the wine cellar) and show consideration for other guests and neighbours in the courtyard or garden. 🍷 3. The Rotunda, wine cellar and self-service areas Enjoy our facilities: the Rotunda and wine cellar are there for your comfort and to ensure you have a pleasant time. Self-service and honesty: If you use the self-service bar, drinks or wine corner, please ensure you record your consumption honestly or pay immediately in accordance with the attached instructions. We believe in Moravian hospitality and mutual trust! Please adopt a sustainable approach throughout the premises – switch off the lights when you leave and do not leave the tap running unnecessarily. 🏊 4. Swimming pool, garden and leisure Safety first: Use of the swimming pool, courtyard and extensive garden is at your own risk. Children under supervision: Children are very welcome here! For safety reasons, we ask parents not to leave their children in the pool area or garden without adult supervision. Please do not enter the swimming pool with glass containers or food – broken glass and the pool’s filtration system do not mix. 🚭 5. Smoking, Cleanliness and Safety The indoor areas are 100% non-smoking: There is a strict ban on smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products) in all rooms, apartments and indoor communal areas. For smokers, there are pleasant outdoor areas on the terrace and in the courtyard, equipped with ashtrays. For safety reasons, you are not permitted to use your own electrical appliances in the rooms (with the exception of standard personal hygiene items such as hairdryers or electric razors). 🐾 6. Pets Stays with dogs or other pets are only permitted by prior arrangement. We ask owners to ensure that their pets do not get onto the beds, are not left unattended in the room, and that the garden is always kept clean after they have been there. 🛡️ 7. Liability for damage and keys Each guest is liable for any damage to the guesthouse’s property caused by them or by anyone staying with them. If any accident occurs (a broken glass, coffee spilled on the sofa, or anything else), please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll sort most things out straight away and without any fuss! If keys are lost, a fee of 1,000 CZK will be charged to cover the cost of replacing the lock cylinder and making new keys.
